After her own birthday party a local wine entrepreneur is found dead in her own wine cellar. During the interrogation of the party's guests the first mysterious clue turns up.

Dan and Flemming receive help from an unexpected side. In the meantime Benjamin and the new officer, Nadia, go undercover and get close to the vineyard's secrets.

The day after an illegal party a school pupil is found dead. The victim was dealing MDMA, but is this a drugs-related murder? Or was the killing committed by an other youth?

The police go all in to try and find the youth's secrets. Mean while Dans relationship with Josefine is blooming, while she is extremely interested in Dan's current case.

Shortly before the derby of the year a murder is committed by the racecourse. Nobody has seen anything of the killer or the favourite to win the race, who at the same time has disappeared from their stable

Despite her fall the jockey Kate returns to the race. At the same time Dan has a big question for Josefine, but Flemming and Marianne are about to destroy his plans.

During a religious Summer camp a member is found dead. An old case haunts the ongoing investigation, but Dan has difficulty putting the pieces together.

While the pieces are starting to fall into place in the police's investigation, Dan is slowly breaking down. Is Josefine not at all the person he thought she was?
