In June 1993, Song Yunfei led Donghai Chemical’s joint venture with Luoda Company while revitalizing the struggling Pengyang Pesticide Factory by developing low-toxic, high-efficiency pesticides. Lei Dongbao merged small factories to form the Thunder Cable Cluster, navigating complex human relations while prioritizing the community. Yang Xiaolei and Liang Sishen collaborated on business ventures, each facing their own challenges.
