Sonic and Tails travel to Dr. Robotnik's utopian city of Robotropolis to stop the Robot Generator and defeat Metal Robotnik, who has banished Robotnik from his city.

The second episode centers around the conflict between Sonic and Hyper Metal Sonic, Robotnik's greatest creation yet.
