Hiroshinosuke Nohara, master of Nohara style butt swordplay, travels with his family to spread his technique of swordsmanship. People call him the "Lone Wolf and Family."

Hazumi witnesses the power of butt swordplay and hires Hiroshinosuke as her bodyguard. The Noharas begin traveling to Mt. Fuji Prefecture with her, but encounter trouble when they try to cross a river on a boat.

It becomes apparent that Hazumi's life is in danger. Black Funkycow is using his men to try and kill her. The next assassin is a sniper who has never missed his target before.

Hiroshinosuke sees a wanted poster for Hazumi putting a price on her head. He and his wife Omisa become blinded by greed from the prospect of a zillion-dollar reward. They try to get to Mt. Fuji Prefecture as soon as they can.

Right before they arrive in Mt. Fuji Prefecture, a big gorilla appears before them along a mountain pass. It was also sent to capture Hazumi. Black Funkycow apparently works for another man who wants to eliminate her.

Hazumi turns out to be the princess of Mt. Fuji Prefecture! She is reunited with her childhood friend Hachibe, who informs her of what her uncle and current lord, Stopper, has been up to. She resolves to go meet with him, but because she is a wanted person, it is too dangerous outside.

Hiroshinosuke and Omisa's intention of turning Hazumi in for the zillion-dollar reward is outed, and Hachibe locks the Noharas up. Hazumi and her supporters decide to wait for Lord Stopper to pass by outside the castle and confront him. A grand procession arrives.

Hazumi finally confronts Lord Stopper, but is misunderstood as being after his life. Hiroshinosuke comes to her rescue, and fights one-on-one with Black Funkycow. Can his butt swordplay defeat Funkycow's armpit swordplay?

Hiroshinosuke suffers a crushing defeat against Black Funkycow's armpit swordplay. In order to improve his skill, he must train inside a cave known as the Butt Hole, where numerous swordsmen before him is said to have trained. Will he be able to make it back alive?

Hiroshinosuke and Shinnosuke finish training and return, only to discover that Hachibe had been captured and will be executed for treason. Will they be able to rescue him?

Hiroshinosuke and Shinnosuke join Omisa and Hazumi inside the castle and attempt to rescue Hachibe. They pass through a secret room with plenty of flowing water. The water in the prefecture's village has dried up. Why is there so much water in the castle?

Stopper had blocked all the water in Mt. Fuji Prefecture! Hiroshinosuke and Shinnosuke have a final showdown with the evil lord. Will peace and water be restored to the prefecture? What fate awaits the Nohara family?
