Neek tries to brighten Charmaine's spirits after losing her father by arranging a surprise picnic for their fifth anniversary. Charmaine reveals some big news. Ryan, fresh out of therapy and feeling brand new, approaches leaders.

Attitudes fly, and feats of strength are tested when the members of 9MAG and 2nd City Ink attend a team bonding trip hosted by Ryan, who wants to rectify the last family dinner disaster. Meanwhile, not everyone wants to play on Charmaine's team.
