In the small island of Rapu Rapu, Albay, also known as San Ramon, fishing is the main source of livelihood. Most divers and fishermen spend up to ten hours catching a fish. Kara David presents the story of people who have painted their dreams on the ocean they sail. These fishermen do not care about the hardships and dangers they will face just to make ends meet. In addition, they live almost entirely in the sea, just to catch enough fish.
