Tendo Dojo master Soun eagerly awaits the arrival of his old friend Genma Saotome and Genma's son Ranma. Instead, a teen girl and a giant panda show up.

On Ranma's first day at Furinkan High School, a group of boys — including the sophomore Kuno — ambushes Akane at the school's entrance.

To Ranma's horror, Kuno falls head-over-heels for Ranma's female form and starts a relentless pursuit. Meanwhile, Akane deals with unrequited feelings.

A mysterious martial artist arrives at Furinkan High looking to settle a score with Ranma. Later, the school becomes a battlefield.

Akane gets caught up in Ryoga and Ranma's fight and ends up with a shocking new appearance. Ranma, worried, abandons the battle and goes after her.

When the Furinkan High rhythmic gymnastics team is injured by a rival school's captain, its members beg Akane to take their place in an upcoming match.

P-chan goes missing and shows up in the arms of a famous martial skater, who refuses to return him. Enraged, Akane challenges Azusa to a battle.

A fierce match between Ranma and Akane versus the golden couple Mikado and Azusa begins! Mikado is eager to steal a kiss from Akane, worrying Ranma.

Chaos ensues when the match continues with Ryoga and an injured female Ranma. Later, a Chinese Amazon appears, bent on killing Ranma's female form.

Ranma learns that defeating a Chinese Amazon has messy consequences. P-chan gets served up for dinner, triggering a fight between Shampoo and Akane.

Shampoo's shiatsu technique and magic hair wash have erased Akane's memory of Ranma. The Chinese Amazon offers a cure — but she has an impossible request.

Another of Akane's suitors, the quiet Gosunkugi, begins stalking Ranma to find the martial artist's weakness. Will he unearth Ranma's secret?

Ranma's problems continue as he deals with the aftermath of his trance, Shampoo's new secret, her meddlesome great-grandmother and a jealous rival.

After a heated battle with Mousse, Ranma remains stuck in his female form and must master a difficult technique to obtain the antidote for his condition.

Ranma follows the Cat Café to the beach, where a Martial Arts Watermelon Splitting Race stands in his way of finally retrieving the real Phoenix Pill.
