The Boy Nexxt Door is a reality television show currently airing on the Playboy TV network. It follows the real-life adventures of Danny Vegas, an amateur filmmaker hoping to break into the adult video business. Episodes generally have a comedic tone and follow Danny's mission to shoot sexually-related content, while living in his parents' basement and working full-time as a pizza delivery boy.
