Biography

Cathaleeya van Keulen (2002) is an independent filmmaker based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. She creates philosophical films, unafraid to explore the boundaries between realism and surrealism. Cinematography plays a central role in her work, whether through carefully composed shots or abstract, dreamlike imagery. Making films to tell meaningful stories and to lose herself in other worlds, inviting viewers to experience emotion and imagination in new ways.
