Réda Taliani (Arabic: رضى الطلياني), whose real name is Réda Tamni, is an Algerian Raï singer and musician, born on January 11, 1980[1] in El-Biar, near Algiers. He grew up in Koléa, a town in the Tipaza Province. Réda Taliani was born in the town of El Biar, near Algiers, on January 11, 1980.
