American keyboardist and pianist born November 25, 1960 in Flushing, Queens, NY. Smith and drummer Michael Bellusci played in a cover band for a few years, from 1976 to 1980. In 1980, Smith and Bellusci formed the Jazz/Rock/Fusion group Get With It. They had minor success in 1981, but the band never received a record deal, despite their following in the New York area.
