Rémi Escoffier (sometimes spelled Rémy Escoffier) is a French mountaineer, mountain guide, and stuntman from a family where a passion for the mountains is naturally passed down. He is the brother of Éric Escoffier, with whom he shared a solid athletic background, notably in gymnastics.
