Crisha Uy was born in Los Angeles, California, USA, and raised in General Santos City, Philippines. She later moved to Metro Manila to pursue her college education at De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. With a rich multicultural background—her father being Filipino-Chinese and her mother of German-Filipino-Spanish descent—Crisha embraces her diverse roots but proudly considers herself wholeheartedly Pinoy.
