Elvira Paterson-Gavrilova, a Ukrainian producer and businesswoman, was born on March 26, 1989, in Mykolaiv, Ukraine. In 2012, she received a master's degree in International Relations from the Mykolaiv branch of the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy. From an early age, she showed an interest in the creative industries, tried her hand at fashion design, studied vocals and journalism, and later began producing regional media projects.
