Biography

Darin is a Captain with the Houston Fire Department, Office of Emergency Communications. During a tragic house fire on November 3, 2008, he was severely injured and almost lost his life. His engine company was inside the house bravely fighting the blazing inferno when something went wrong. A “May Day” was called because Darin was down. He was pulled out of the house and miraculously resuscitated after being in cardiac arrest for several minutes. To God be the glory!
