Biography

Tigran Eduardovich Khzmalyan (born April 8, 1963, Yerevan, Armenian SSR, USSR) is an Armenian film director and screenwriter. Pre-Parliament, Constituent Assembly, former member of the movements "100 Years without a regime" and "Miatsum", Chairman of the European Party of Armenia.
