Biography

Tedd Felisco is a filmmaker based in Quezon City whose work draws from personal experience to tell intimate, emotionally resonant stories. He is especially drawn to narratives that blend the surreal with the mundane, exploring life’s emotional range—from humor to melancholy. He was a standout at the 2023 Mowelfund Intensive Filmmaking Workshop, he received production grants from the Film Development Council of the Philippines and CMB Film Services to bring his short film “Negative, Pare” to life.
