Biography

Raul Zauroghlu (born 2004) is an Azerbaijani filmmaker and screenwriter known for his psychologically nuanced and emotionally restrained storytelling. A graduate of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts (ADMİU), his films explore themes of loneliness, loss, and inner truth through a minimalist yet symbolic visual style. He first gained attention with his social short film Qəfəs (“The Cage”) and later founded the production company π MMC.
