Biography

Saad Dnewar was an Egyptian filmmaker and actor based in Berlin, Germany. A multidisciplinary artist, he worked across a wide range of mediums, from animation to live action. He gained his first international recognition with his short film My Brother, My Brother (2024), which was in development at the time. In the middle of the process Saad passed away at the young age of 29.
