Osamu Goto, born on November 27, 1948, in Tokyo, Japan, is a distinguished mechanical engineer renowned for his significant contributions to Formula 1 racing. After earning his degree from Tokyo's Metropolitan College of Aeronautical Engineering in 1970, he joined Honda's research department, focusing initially on exhaust emissions.
