Henri Dioval Candelario is a cinematographer, colorist, and documentarian dedicated to championing regional voices in Philippine cinema. A Central Philippine University graduate in Advertising and an awardee of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts, he co-founded ReelOne, a production collective based in Aklan that develops platforms for local stories and mentors young filmmakers.
