Biography

Ruslan Khromin is a student filmmaker based in Los Angeles. His credits include A Room Divided (2024) and Time (2024), which he wrote and directed, as well as Qipao (2024) and Under The Highway Road (2025), which he produced. Ruslan Khromin is currently studying Film & Television Production at Chapman University.
