Wanchay (Chanthadouangsy) Itmis is a Laotion-American creative entrepreneur. She is an attorney, business owner, telecom consultant, mother, artist, film producer, and owner of the production company, "No Closure Films." Wanchay lives in Elgin, Illinois, enjoying ample parking but proximity to Chicago as well as the Midwest's kindness, diversity, and engagement with all four seasons.
