Xavier Smalls is an American actor and performer born on November 7, 1997, in Los Angeles, California. He gained recognition for his role as Angel in the Netflix series Beauty in Black, produced by Tyler Perry, which premiered in October 2024. Smalls pursued his education at Sacramento State University, where he studied musical theater and audition techniques.
