BAKHTEEV OSCAR VADIMOVICH Born on August 10, 1971, in Tashkent. Uzbek and Kazakh film director, producer, screenwriter, cinematographer, and film editor. He worked at the Uzbek Television and Radio Company as a television program author and at the "Uzbekfilm" film studio. He directed music videos, commercials, documentaries, and short films.
