Rachel Pevsner is a Toronto-based filmmaker recognized for her work in directing, animation, writing, and score composition. Her notable projects include "The Casting Call"—which was screened at the TIFF Next Wave: Young Creators Showcase—"For the Love of Jazz", and "Watch(ing)", with several more currently in development. Rachel’s work often explores themes of love, nostalgia, and the intersection between reality and surrealism, blending fantastical elements with grounded emotional storytelling. Passionate about her craft, she is dedicated to refining her skills and advancing her career in professional filmmaking.
