Biography

James Ward Farmer was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee. He grew up like many young men of his generation: devoting most of his time to sports and whatever studies were simply necessary. His experience in theatre and drama was limited to the occasional school play in his earliest years. His passion for acting wasn't realized until he took a class at the University of Miami,Florida Conservatory. Introduced to the writings of Constantin Stanislavski and the plays of Tennessee Williams, James stepped into the life of the actor and never looked back.
