Veronica Dymond is an award-winning writer from St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. Her work is known for being queer, playful, silly, and honest - except when it's not. Since 2013, Vero has been a working stand-up comedian, performing with Newfoundland comedy titans like Mary Walsh, Shaun Majumder, and Matt Wright. She was a two-time finalist of Last Comic Standing NL, is featured on the JFL Originals album "Infinity Plus Pizza," and in 2023 she wrote her first solo show "I Kill Myself: A Live Comedy Show."
