Biography

Uri Bezerra Soares was born in Cuiabá, Mato Grosso, Brazil and is currently 22 years old. He is a Cinema and Audiovisual student at the Federal University of Mato Grosso (UFMT). Works with Photography Direction, Camera Operation and Lighting. He is an aspiring documentary filmmaker and has Eduardo Coutinho as his biggest inspiration. He directed the short films Esquecimento (2023), Caminhos para nos Encontrar (2024) and Ancestral Path (2025).
