Kelvin Chambliss is a Director, Writer and Actor Born and raised in Chattanooga TN, Kelvin realized his passion for filmmaking through theater in high school where he would write and direct plays with his friends. His directing and theater writing skills would eventually lead to him to study Film and Television at Nossi College Of Art in Nashville TN.
