Biography

Maddalena Crespi is an Italian director and screenwriter. Born in 1989 in Milan she moved to Scotland at a young age to finish high school and continue her university studies in Edinburgh, in 2011 she graduated with a BA in English Literature. The following year she moved back to Milan where she started working as a writer in local publishing companies and newspapers. In 2013 she began her journey in movie production, working as a writer and producer for documentaries, features and shorts.
