Biography

Nao Nakano (中野 七緒, Nakano Nao, born October 18, 1980) is a Japanese AV actress and former gravure idol from Hyogo Prefecture. Her former stage name was Yumi Nagase (永瀬 ゆみ, Nagase Yumi). She currently owns a beauty salon. She started out as a gravure idol under the name Yumi Nagase in 2008. She also worked as a photoshoot model and event companion, mainly in the Kansai region, under the agency Fresh Promotion. She joined Ebisu Muscats on April 7, 2010. After leaving Ebisu Muscats on May 4, 2011, she continued to work as a gravure model, but retired within the same year.
