Dr. Contessa Metcalfe (born June 4, 1976) is a family medicine specialist, entrepreneur and TV personality. She is married to Dr. Walter Scott Metcalfe. She is known as a cast member on Bravo's reality series Married to Medicine (2013), and Married to Medicine: Los Angeles (2019). She attended Xavier University of Louisiana where she earned her undergraduate degree in psychology/pre-medicine. After graduating from St. Louis University School of Medicine, she answered her call to patriotism and decided to join the Navy.
