Raphael Vittorio Ruggero is an American actor, filmmaker, singer, and musician from the Twin Cities of Minnesota. He was raised in a family of artists and musicians including his mother who was a stage actress in St. Paul/Minneapolis in the early 1980s. Starting at age ten, he performed on various stages for both community and professional theater all across the Twin Cities metro (he was awarded the title of Outstanding Performance in a Lead Role by the Hennepin Theatre Trust for High School Musical).
