Biography

Afra Hines is a dynamic Broadway performer and consummate triple-threat whose career spans over a dozen major productions. Born in Panama, with artistic roots in Miami and Boston, she began dancing at age four after seeing Savion Glover on Sesame Street- an early spark that led her to study tap, jazz, ballet, and gymnastics. She honed her craft at New York City’s Professional Performing Arts School, and then leapt into the professional theater scene.
