Cecile Marianne van Welie Saint-Amand, known as Cecile van Welie, is a Dominican actress. She was born in Santo Domingo, Distrito Nacional, and graduated from the Comunidad Educativa Conexus. With Dominican parents of Dutch and Arab descent, Cecile has a rich cultural background that enhances her work. She began acting at the age of 8, starring in a school play, and discovered her passion for performance.
