Nina Stakz is an Atlanta based Writer/Director on the rise. After beginning her career in broadcast television, working for NBC and CBS news affiliates, Stakz decided to journey into the world of filmmaking. Taking her cues from the likes of Spike Lee and Hype Williams, Stakz honed her craft on hundreds of music video sets with artists like Akon, Janelle Monae, and Gucci Mane. Over the years she developed a flair for telling authentic urban stories. This led her to try her hand at directing a short film in 2018.
