Biography

Dawne Adams is a British percussionist, whose work has included performing with Duran Duran during UK shows of The All You Need Is Now Tour in 2011. Dawne began her interest in percussion at the age of eleven. Having studied for a BA in Performing Arts at Middlesex University, she then went onto the Guildhall School of Music & Drama and spent a year on the Postgraduate Jazz and Studio Course. From this point on her drumming and percussion career developed into playing and touring with artists such as Lionel Richie and the Pet Shop Boys, taking in three world tours and playing at Live 8 in Moscow's Red Square in 2005.
