Biography

A native of New Orleans, Casey has always expressed herself through movement since the age of 3. She started as a jazz, tap and ballet dancer before becoming heavily involved in gymnastics. By the age of twelve she was a level 8 gymnast before her parents forced her to retire. Though she tried many sports after gymnastics, she found her calling in Track and Field. She graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a degree in Sports Management while competing in the Heptathlon, 400m Hurdles, and the 4x400m relay.
