Spencer Kayden (January 30, 1971, in Costa Mesa, California, USA) is an American actress, comedian, and writer. She is known for her role as Little Sally in the Broadway musical Urinetown (2001) and as a cast member of the sketch comedy series MADtv. She appeared in films such as Big Stan (2007), The Horse Whisperer (1998), and C Me Dance (2009). She also voiced Mrs. Pepper in the children's series Blue’s Clues.
