Derek Heath Potts (born 1971) is a trial lawyer, entrepreneur and actor who has been involved in the entertainment industry for many years as an investor, producer and actor. He was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. His ancestry is French (mother) and Welsh (father). He started public speaking and debate at the age of 12 and was a member of his high school and college debate teams.
