Biography

Luca Silver (they/them) is an artist and filmmaker based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. They have wanted to be a filmmaker since the day Star Wars played on the hospital room TV as they were being born. Before they could afford a camera, they drew adventure comic books starring their classmates. In middle school, Luca began filming spy capers and action movies in the weekends and summers while turning in a video for every class project. In high school, they helped set the curriculum for the new media program and led the team to national recognition.
