Owner of the Escribà bakeries in Barcelona and pioneer in the merging of pastry with spectacle and arts. Son of the acclaimed chocolatier Antoni Escribà, he owns the prestigious Escribà bakeries in Barcelona (www.escriba.es). Christian is one of the prime examples of spectacle-pastry for great events, with a large exhibition hall in one of his two stores.
