Chef Trevor Ritchie recently represented Canada at the most prestigious culinary competition: the Bocuse d’Or. After being selected as the best Chef in our country, he placed second at the Americas semi-finals, and led our country to 13th place at the world finale! Chef Technologist at George Brown College Toronto, he worked in Canada's best kitchens: Langdon Hall, Queen's Landing, La Société, Campagnolo just to name a few.
