Biography

Ludovic “Ludo” Chailloleau is a French-born animation supervisor at Wētā FX. He trained in 2D and 3D animation, graduating in 2004 from École Georges Méliès in Paris, where he studied in the section “Artisan of the Animated Image.” Early in his career, he worked in France before moving into global VFX roles. Chailloleau has built a reputation, especially at Wētā FX, for his expertise in keyframe animation, previsualisation (previs), and crafting choreographed motion that connects concept to execution in effects-heavy sequences.
