Biography

Eoin Sprott was a stage and film prop designer. He was born in Hampstead, England, and grew up in Dundee, Scotland. He served in the Royal Navy and then traveled to Calcutta, India, where he worked for the East India Trading Company. After a few years abroad, he worked as designer in regional English Repertory regional theaters. He subsequently moved to Canada, and worked from the Manitoba Theatre in Winnipeg as a production manager and designer, and later as a designer and prop master at the Stratford Festival.
