His first introduction to filmmaking was figuring out how to make his little brother disappear and reappear using a primitive, in-camera jump-cut with his dad’s VHS camera for their Matrix-style fan film. Years later, while attending NC State, he took an intro to film course on a whim. After the first class, he quickly switched his biology major to film studies and haven’t looked back since. His work has been recognized by the American Advertising awards, the Global Trend Triumph awards, and several film festivals.
