Biography

Luke Morgan is an Irish writer and director. His short film "The Boat" (2023) won the "Gran Prix Irish Short Award" at Cork International Film Festival and "Best Irish Short" at Foyle Film Festival in 2023, both Academy-Award-Qualifying distinctions. He was nominated for the Discovery Award at the Dublin International Film Festival in 2020, and was awarded the 2015 Screenplay Pitching Award at the Galway Film Fleadh.
