Biography

Lucie Lambert grew up in Portneuf-sur-Mer on the North Shore. After studying literature, she developed a passion for free-form filmmaking, linking experimentation with documentary. In 1991, with two partners, she founded the production company Les films du tricycle, which has enabled her to practice her craft in complete freedom. Her favorite themes, whether in her films Paysage sous les paupières, Avant le jour, Le père de Gracile or in her most recent productions, touch on the relationships of women, men and children with the territory they inhabit.
