Mimi was born in Nha Trang, Vietnam in the year 1974 to Minh Doan and Mai Ho. Mimi is the youngest of 7 children. Mimi came to the United States just before the age of 1 and has been a resident ever since. Mimi married in 1999 and brought 2 children into the world. With her husband and two sons, Mimi has enjoyed various adventures like living in Rome, Italy for a few years.
